2 hour delay in Pennsylvania for Steelers loss.. WTF?

I heard on the NFL network or somewhere that Pennsylvania schools had 2 hr delays because of the superbowl. WTF?? They didn't do that for the kids in INDY last year even though most of the colts fans I know spent the night crying or in a fit of rage after the saints won. Everyone got up the next morning at the right time because we know the sun comes up tomorrow whether the colts win or lose ...
