Upside down can of airduster froze my skin and turned it almost black. Will this go away?

I attempted to freeze a wart off with an upside down can of air duster. needless to say it didnt work. It froze the skin around the wart solid and took a few seconds to thaw. The next day the skin was almost black. It has been 3 days since and the skin is a red/purple color. Will this go away?
