What do I say when he kisses me?

We go to the same church. The thing is, in December, there were these mistletoe-looking things hanging from the ceiling and he pretty much suggested kissing but I passed it off because he was in a relationship. Yes, we flirted a lot even though he had a girlfriend. The broke up awhile ago, and he just asked me out. Don't tell me he's not worth it, because I like him for him even though he flirted with me when he was dating someone else. Anyway, when we do kiss, what should I say? I want it to be something along the lines of "that was much more romantic than our almost-kiss under the fake mistletoe" but less cheesy. And what if I mess up and it's not romantic?then what should I say?
