QUESTION: how many times did they raise debt ceiling,on bushes watch?

i don't know.but i remember obama saying, a raise in the debt ceiling is a sign of a failed government.re: the bush era.how is that for a slip of the mouth.that's not a foot,but 2 feet in the mouth moment.the man is a loser.
