Is Justin Bieber really Gay or Bi?

My brother just showed me the new super bowl commercial with Ozzy and Justin. Just called himself a girl. Then my brother told me that he admitted being gay on Oprah or something and that was why he pretty much only sang about girls. Well I just want to know if this is true. Oh and why did his Manager get arrested? Sorry for the stupidity on my part I am not really a JB fan. But I don't really hate him so don't right and bad comments. Please and thanks you!!
