Homeowners insurance Question?

I have a leak in my kitchen ceiling. The ceiling is kind of caving in because of the toilet in my bathroom. Thats where the water is leaking from. Do you think that my insurance company will pay for it. Im with Traveleres, I will call them after my lunch break, but is scared they will say no. Has this happened to anyone?
