Why is my index toe nail completely peeling off?

i donnu how it happened but i suddenly saw that next to my toe the index toe nail is comin out its only attached to the side... and beneath it, its completely empty i could actually move my nail till the top till its like 90 degrees to the ceiling... and sooner or later the whole nail would be out... wat should i do??? i need a solution...
