In the movie 'hitman' what is he wearing?

in the scene at the train station timothy olyphant is killing off a bunch of other assassins and the whole time he is wearing a stylish overcoat (navy blue with gold/red)... did he get that from a conductor or is it a military jacket? is it a duster or pea coat or trench coat or something else? also anyone know where i can acquire this prop or its replica?
