Radeon HD 5670 graphics card instalation problems please help?! (AGAIN)?

You are saying that you are using a PCI slot. BUT, that graphics card is a PCI-Express, therefore you need to plug the graphics card into a PCI-E slot. You may have plugged it into the PCI-E slot, but only think that it is a PCI. Good Luck
